My model Tamera (above) is sporting one of the most popular colors this spring, which is the bold yellow. The key to wearing bold colors is to make sure they are complimented with a much warmer color that doesn't over power the over-all look. She pulled the outfit together with nude Jessica Simpson pumps( retails 95.00,www.jessicasimpson.com) , I love the fact she didn't over accessories , she kept is simple with silver/rose colored watch and ring. This outfit was perfect for the work environment, the statement it made was classy but modern.

I'm a big fan of fashion on a budget and this out fit is a prime example how you can keep it classy and trendy for a low cost.
